The pizza and pasta were incredible! Reminded us a lot of the Italian food we had in Italy. the people were friendly and the service was great! we were not fans of the garlic knots, not enough flavor and not enough garlic for our liking. Everything else however was spectacular!

Absolutely fabulous. Best dang pasta ive ever had. I got the fettuccine Blanco and tryed my partners meatball fettuccine baked and my goodness it was amazing. Definitely made with love. Our server was absolutely amazing, very attentive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would recommend this establishment to anyone I know going to seattle.

The server Anna was awesome amd friendly. The pizza was good but the crust was a little doughy, if thats a word? The sauce was good and the ingredients were good too

I would definitely come back. The sandwiches were extremely cheap!, pastas were fine enough. Next time I'd want to try their pizza. Their "half sandwich" is a whole sub for $12, and their "whole sandwich" was TWO WHOLE SANDWICHES for $18. The pesto chicken sandwich was good but not great, so the 4 stars is for quantity. However, the marinara pasta was one decent plate with no meat for $19. Not really worth it. Salad and soups were nice. Pizzas looked intriguing.

Disappointed with quality, portions, and service. Ordered a ($20!!!!) cheese tortellini with chicken. Person who took my order over the phone didnβt hear the part where I added chicken so I was stuck with a 20 dollar pasta with no protein. Called back after I got home and realized the error and wasnβt offered a refund or comp of any kind and was told it was my fault they didnβt hear it over the phone or clarify the order. Poor guest service with no apology or attempt to make the order right. Regardless of the poor guest service I was even more disappointed by how absolutely puny the portion size was. Iβm talking a small aluminum container BARELY 1/3rd of the way full. Come on yβall. This is 1-2 dollar food cost worth of tortellini and cheese sauce youβre selling for twenty bucks and you canβt fill the box? As a fellow restauranteur I know how much these ingredients cost, and itβs absolutely abysmal to charge someone 20 dollars for what is obviously frozen pasta. Dominoβs could have put together a better bowl of pasta for half the price. Deeply disappointed overall, me and my wife have eaten at Palermo many times and been happy with everything previously but I can tell things
